If you offer formal accommodation with full service, then our hotel quality recognition is ideal for your business. Businesses using the word ‘hotel’ as part of their name should be assessed as a hotel.
Assessment levels
There are 3 different levels of assessment for Hotels:
- Quality Star Rating – receive a star rating from 3 to 5
- Quality Assessed – a full assessment with no star rating
- Visitor Ready – an entry-level digital accreditation scheme
