What is VisitEngland Taste recognition?

Taste quality recognition is for businesses which offer the warmest of welcomes and excellent customer service, alongside high quality food and drink.

It is suitable for all types of food business, from fine dining to fast food.  Whether you’re a pub, café, tearoom or takeaway, a Taste Accolade could be awarded.

The scheme is open to any business offering food, including catering within other businesses, such as a cafe in a hotel or visitor attraction. The scheme assesses against statutory requirements, the physical dining experience, staff and food and drink.
